About Us

The Hawaii Wushu Center is a newly established organization dedicated to fostering Chinese Martial Arts (Wushu) and related Chinese culture and arts. We are a nonprofit corporation and is recognized by the US Federal Government as a nonprofit corporation under section 501 (c) (3).

The Hawaii Wushu Center has been quite active since February 2005. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our communitites by sharing the skills and traditions of Chinese wushu. We offer ongoing programs (weekday evenings and weekends) to meet the needs of a variety of adolescent and elderly adult. Our board, staff, and advisors have spent years of and thousands of their own dollars in planning and starting up this effort. We have decades of experience managing profit and non-profit organizations, teaching youth and adults and working with Hawaii's communitites. Collectively, we have over 150 years of experience in Chinese wushu.
